Great communication and service from Carlisha! I appreciated being able to send her the style I wanted before the appointment so we could both know what to expect. Also, the reminder texts leading up to the appointment were great. Service started right on time, the studio was clean and a comfortable temperature and the option to watch whatever show I wanted was awesome - not everyone is comfortable just sitting or feeling like they need to talk through the appointment (although Carlisha is super nice and easy to talk to). My hair came out looking just how I wanted! Highly recommend!
